Juliet, I think this is such a neat idea! I can imagine it would be rather fascinating to watch the water wobble and swirl around the tarp. We have several tarps here. We'll definitely be doing this next Spring! I've featured your post as my favourite link-up in last week's Outdoor Play party. :)
