Agreed! I was surprised at the versatility of these resources. Also they look nice and in such a bland setting it's nice to have softer, natural resources too.
They are designed to be left outside. Both arches have suffered wear in an area of high and hard use but are continuing to bear up well - much better than I had anticipated.
The fixed arch is in a better shape than the one which has been knocked over and used as a rocker, etc.
I'm stopping by from the Outdoor Play Party, I really enjoyed your post (loved the child sitting on top), but I also really enjoyed the links. We do lots of den building, but I'd never associated it with a need for privacy. Thanks for sharing.
