I share your enthusiasm-I made this for the first time this year and its gone down great in our house-better than the elder cordial (although at least I always know there will be some of that left when I want some!!)
This is great. I always just associated Rose Hips with itchiness. I had no idea they were edible (or drinkable!) We're taking our WW2 topic up to Christmas. Now I know how to get the children outside, keep it relevant to WW2 topic and boost there immunity to winter colds! Perfect :)
